As a qualified Health and Mindfulness Coach with decades of holistic living experience, I've dedicated my life to helping others discover their path forward. Throughout my journey, one constant companion has remained by my side: the practice of deep, intentional mindfulness.

For decades, I've been guiding myself, family, friends, and paying clients through life's complexities. I offer insights that bring clarity to life's most challenging questions. Since becoming a nomad in 2024 and permanently travelling around Southeast Asia, I've had the privilege of coaching countless individuals from all walks of life.
