“When we were building our media room, we spent some time looking at a number of different websites to find chairs that would not only fit in our room, but also include all the features we were looking for. But what we found was that there seemed to be no option to modify the chairs, and there was no-one we could speak to about what we wanted.
When we engaged Karen to help us finish our theatre, she gave us lots of options to furnish the room. She liaised directly with the manufacturer on our behalf and as a result, we were able to have our beautiful red leather chairs modified to exactly what we were after.
